Hi there,

I lost over 40lbs last year but this year has been a bit all over the place. I've planned a wedding and got married and been on honeymoon. Set up my own business and have baby brain. I'm not pregnant but we are going to start trying very soon. Anyway any healthy eating I did has gone out the window. However I have only gained 4lbs this year. So I must have learnt something along the way.

Anyway for the past few weeks I've started slimming world and given up by about 5 o clock. So I thought I'd start a diary on here to motivate me.

I don't have a lot to lose. I am a healthy weight now and I lose at a slower rate. But I need to find my motivation and get back on track.

Tomorrow I begin! Tonight I will enjoy my wine.

Ahh this is what I'm talking about! Failed already. We decides to have a BBQ (completely SW friendly I know) and I've had coleslaw, sticky sauce and an icecream.

Anyway...this morning we went shopping and I have lots of fresh meat, veg and fruit. I've planned my weeks meals, I've already made and froze some homemade turkey burgers, lentil Dahl (100% free) and I feel positive.

So my official start date is now tomorrow but I am going to stay good for the rest of the day.
