Always been a "big" person, but a few years back i got my bum into gear and lost almost 6st following a Closer Diets plan.
Fast forward a few years, add in settling down, having 2 kids in less than 2 years (one of which was a 10lb+ baby!)............ And here i am, back with that 6st and a bit more :(
I have tried and failed so many times since my youngest was born in December 2011. But i have to do it this time. No more excuses.
I'm getting married in June (60 sleeps to go) and my aim is 1st loss by then, at least, plus another 5st after that!

New Starting weight 18st - Feb 2013.
I'm aiming to get to 11st. I have no set date for this, but hopefully by the end of this year i will be pretty close.

Current weight: 17st 5lb
Next weigh in 28/04 *fingers crossed*

Hi, you can only have 1 weetabix oaty bar as a HEb :)
 
Thanks for that! I put my diary in the wrong forum, so i've changed it (just figuring this site out lol!) but still appriceate your advise! Will remeber that from now on :)
 
No problem :) Most people tend to write their food in their weight loss diary if they have both (gets confusing sometimes lol)
 
Oh ok, that will probably be easier for me to do as well lol. I'll re-add my food diary to here later. thanks

Breakfast

1x Weetabix Oaty bar (HEB)

Banana



Lunch

Salad (mixed lettuce, cucumber, red pepper, carrot)

3 x Wafer thin sliced ham

40g (2slice) Low fat cheese (HEA)

Ex light mayo (2.5syns)

Quavers (5syns)

Red grapes



Dinner

Stir fry (cabbage, carrot, water chestnuts, pepper, beansprouts, onions)

Egg noodles

Soy sauce

1 x chicken breast



Snacks

100g Fat free cherry yoghurt (0.5syns)

2 x Rich tea biscuits (4syns)

Pear
