I snack on oatcakes with humus. I get the snack pots that tesco do that are in portion sizes so I don't go crazy on it.
Also the kids snack packs of Apple and grape think most supermarkets do these.
Sugar free jelly is good for a sweet tooth only 6 cals per pot, helps me with cravings so might help you
Another thing I have is the vanilla and almond protein bar by herbalife that I have occasionally if I fancy 'chocolate' that completely helps me from binging.
That's pretty much all I snack on but hopefully it may help you.

Make a shake up and freeze it so it is an icecream,
