Egg muffins are awesome snacks as are fish sticks.
I have a texture issue with fruit and veg and can't stand it just boiled so won't eat things like peas, sprouts, carrots etc. But have found other ways to get the veg in me. I started grating veg in things like spaghetti bolognase such as carrot and corgette. Also added tomatoes and onions and hey presto, 4 vegetables in my dinner! Now I have small chunks but haven't yet been able to make them bigger. Have also found the love for roast veg with frylight, garlic, herbs, bay leaves.
Keep trying things, experimenting with different ways of adding and cooking the veg.
Also the only fruit I like is grapes, apples and strawberries. Also can't stand salad, although have recently tried rocket and spinach and like them, but again only if it's with something so I can hide it.
