how are you doing? i have not stepped on the scales in some time and have decided not to worry for the rest of the month while i am fasting and to plan what i am going to in terms of diet and exercise from october. will weigh myself on the 1st October and maybe we could start our weekly weigh in again from then when i will be in a better position to provide support too as at the moment i have so little energy with the lack of food/ water throughout the day that i have very little motivation. had a very low day today just life in general - lots of tears etc, not the weight though which i guess is good. have a shift tomorrow 7am-3pm which i am dreading as never worked in this area but i need to open myself up to other areas where i can earn a little money. the new laptop is fab and i should be happy as a pink laptop has been on my wish list for some time and i now even have wireless so not having the same problems i used to getting into minimins that i used to on the old windown 2000 i was still running up until last week...lol.
hope youre up for starting again with me in the weekly weigh ins from october but i was also thinking that as part of that we should also encourage each other by sharing the exerise activity we do each day. just a thought? so wkly weigh in and daily exercise discssion? maybe even how many cups of water too!?? we will reach our xmas goal.
