So day two was tough. I was tired and irritable and so FULL. But anyway, ploughing ahead
B: muller and mini muffin
L: scrambled egg, quark and smoked salmon
D: beef mince made into burgers with chilli and garlic with a Greek yoghurt dip
S: oatbran ginger bikkie and mullet
Drinks: not enough water, only about 1l plus a diet coke and 2 green teas. Will have more water this evening
Ex: 20 min walk
Grr I just want today to be over. If I see more protein I'll explode!!
