Sona, you are learning to maintain and even to slowly lose, without even trying. This is the wonderful thing about Atkins. When we are 'being bad' the 'badness' is so mild now we don't go mad, we don't binge wildly, we find that we don't need to nor even want to.
If you can live this way, eat well (and enjoy delicious MIMs!) and not HAVE to be super-strict and yet still lose weight, you have found the Pot of Gold at the End of the Rainbow.
And, as Jim says, if you get down to business and really give Atkins a proper go, taking care to be stricter with yourself, you really will make it to goal, and a lot faster.
We are all learning good food habits. We know what to do, even tho we may not be doing it precisely as advised. This way of life can creep up on you and become habit, as it has with most of us. What other 'diet' plan can offer such a peaceful and enjoyable journey?
I need to make a new batch of savoury MIMs!
