Hiya!!

Well I just use beef bovril, and a tiny bit of corn flour in the gravy, onion quorn carrot and peas then just normal mash with quark and bit milk from allowance on top....even my kids love it

Hey Ladies sorry i've been MIA, its been a rough few days. Had to put our boy bunny down and spent the last few days making sure the other one is ok, she's sad and misses him and what little money we had for the wedding has been spent on vets (over £100 to put him to sleep) and new cage and bits for the old one.

On the plus side my tummy issue seems to have resolved itself so i can eat more then porriage, although i do loooooooooooove it. I'm going to rejoin group, whenever i get some money and i will get back on track.

Hiy guys. I am shattered and am trying to stay up as i am back on nights tomorrow!

Tomorrow I am gonna have

BFAST:- x2 alpen bars
Lunch/dinner:- chick pea and aubergine bake.
Snacks:- fruit.

I literally work and sleep when i am on nights and have found I lost weight that way lol.
Only fri sat and sun nights so not too bad then off till friday again and then i am days for three days and then off again for another 4 days!
I just hope i can stay up. There is a pile of ironing as high as me and if i dont do it it wont get done. I am willing myself to do it to keep me awake but i keep putting it off. I guess i should do it!
