I've been doing a couple of hours each day, then I'll go in on Saturday as well

Holidays, new wardrobe - oh and I nearly forgot the boring new boiler

.....booked the man to come and do a quote on the Friday afternoon I get back from my cruise - one big drawback to office hours working is finding the time to get those sorts of things done, so that seemed a good opportunity rather than wasting another day of annual leave

Well it's the end of April, and thanks to my stupid messing about I have lost no weight :sigh:

.....but I have lost the scary regain, and remain very determined and positive

...though hoping the weather will perk up a bit - Greenock and Kirkwall in the rain won't be so appealing!

No flying, no mucking about changing money - just some rest and relaxation on a beautiful ship

...with hopefully some pretty scenery along the way

Looking forward to Cobh - looks lovely, and I'm interested in the Titanic connection. The ship docks right in town, so very easy to just walk off and go wandering.

I have been to Dublin many times - big family still there - but this time is going to be a little pilgrimage for my Dad. I'll revisit some of the places I last went to with him.

Apart from Cobh I've been to all the other ports so I'm just going to see how the mood takes me when the ship docks. Might just stay onboard and take advantage of the peace and quiet - not to mention the offers the spa do on port days!

I love the sound of your cruise. I am obsessed with Viking River Cruises - only the ads, I've never been on one. Would love to spend my 60s on going on lovely cruises. Thing is, from the ads look like I need to hook a silver fox to come with me. LOL. Maybe after six months on Exante I'll feel like getting back on the dating scene. Wouldn't dream of doing it now.
