Hi everyone

Thank you so much for all the kind wishes, it means a lot

Sorry I've not been around - but I just didn't have the energy

Today is the first day I can say I think I'm finally getting over 'it'

Whatever it was........I don't want it again

Worked a 14 hour day on Thursday - had to drive to Weymouth and back to deliver some training - and was just about dead when I finally got home

......but I do feel so much better this evening, and had a nice day pottering about catching up on some jobs at home

Plan to start the Exante train again tomorrow

.....so, onwards and downwards

A nice sunny day here - and I've even opened the window in the office

So relieved to be finally feeling like my old self again

Diet wise, all is well

.....very pleased to be back in control actually

Not going to weigh until the end of the month - that seems to suit me better
