Bit disappointed to have lost nothing this week

So, going back to monthly weighing to avoid getting disheartened

Worked all day yesterday - from 6am to early evening

.....so I can have today off

Plan to mooch about at home catching up on some little sorting jobs - no cleaning or anything strenuous

Just a quick hello

.....been really busy all week. Work crazy, and I was asked to do a 'project' for my manager which took up most of my evenings too

Had a nice day today as my brother turned up unexpectedly and we had a nice long chat

....and I have an overnight guest as my nephew is staying over after going to a wedding today

Diet wise all is well
