Lazy day doing nothing much - very nice!

Motivation is high

I have 60 days to my SE Asia trip, so would really like to lose 2 stone by then

......if nothing else, just to avoid any embarrassment on the plane

I've also booked a pedicab trip in Vietnam and don't want to kill the poor driver

I have just printed out my luggage labels and will get my currency on Saturday so it's all coming together!
