This really will mean the whole house has been turfed out and decorated. The loft has boarding on the floor now, but he's going to plasterboard it all out so it's a much cleaner and nicer storage area.
Went swimming again tonight too, so feel quite chuffed all round
.......now, if only the scales would share my enthusiasm all would be well

.......and I've finally found a big advantage in being vertically challenged. The roof space is wide, but there is not much clearance ( four storey town house, so not a traditional loft ).........and I'm the only one who can actually stand up in there
. The builder is a tall chap so he's going to have fun working up there Just waiting for my nephew, then going to make a start shifting all the stuff out of there. Not entirely sure where we're going to put it though
....wish me luck!

We had to empty ours for new loft insulation a few years ago ..... Aprt from all useful stuff we had about 20 extra boxes from old video recorders/tellies/kettles ???? Hubby had saved them "just in case"

I don't know what's come over me. Never really been one for spending a lot of time on housework, but once I started on this blitz I really felt inspired!

Well, just another pound this week :sigh:
Maybe I'm building some muscle somewhere?
I have no choice but to carry on. If I lose a pound a week on a VLCD I'd probably gain weight on any other diet!!
It is a bit disheartening when I look at the scales - but nearly every day someone comments on me 'shrinking' so something must be happening somewhere.

Today I am going to start looking through the boxes from the loft with a view to getting rid of at least half of it
