Yay, I have blinds!! They look really good!
Just a bit of tidying up to do, and I'm all finished!
Need to pack for the weekend, then I'm all set for my few days of peace
Went to see Dad yesterday, and all is well.
Looks like life is back on an even keel..........just need to get back on the straight and narrow with the weight issue

Greetings from the Grand Princess at sea
Had an excursion on Guernsey this morning, now back on the comfort of the ship. Plan to go and see the movie this afternoon, have my spa appointment tomorrow ( manicure and pedicure ).
My stateroom is lovely, and my steward very sweet. Ths ship is lovely - and I'm back onboard in a few weeks for my Med cruise.
Hope all is well with everyone.

Ok, time for some positive action.
I have been eating anything and everything for the past few months, and I have paid a great price in weight gain :cry:
Emotional eating doesn't make the bad situation go away - it's a 'distraction', that's all.
So, I'm dusting off the packs and back on Exante tomorrow.
Support and encouragement would be greatly appreciated!
