Now I know why I was so cold last night - coming down with some horrid virus

.........spent the entire night in the bathroom ( TMI, I know )

Have only just managed to drag myself out of bed. Just about keeping water down........ugh :cry:

Oh Darcy so sorry to hear you're ill! hopefully you can stay home tomorrow? and tuck yourself into bed... try and have your packs at least to give yourself energy and if you have too few cals can take longer to recover from illness! Hope you feel better soon xxx

Just managed to haul myself out of bed

Stomach is more settled, but not right

......the very thought of food is disgusting! Hoping the scales are going to reflect the past few days, which would be some consolation!!

I feel much better today after a good nights sleep.

Off to see my Dad first, to see what aggravation is in store this week

.....then plan to carry on with the endless tidy up of my house!!

Feel very virtuous!

Have been over to my Dad's flat, and done his shopping.

Then I scrubbed my entire bathroom - tiles, cupboards, took down the extractor fan vent ( yuk! ), the whole works!

Bit tired now, so time for feet up in front of the telly
