Well, life has been a roller coaster in the past few months - to say the least.

The sun is shining today, and I feel good

My Dad's flat has all been sorted, the funeral over, and my siblings are dealing with the remaining administration tasks.

For the first time in many years, I can concentrate on looking after myself.

I am ashamed to admit putting on all the weight I had lost, through dreadful comfort eating. That has got to stop.

Today is a new start, and I am back on Exante for the long haul

I have always had such great support from everyone here, and very much hope that will continue.

Here's to a fresh new start
