good luck SA ... i tried atkins b4 it was nasty. although im not doing SW anymore i would have to say its 100 times better than atkins!xx
 
I have lost 3lbs this week! Which I am very happy with because I havn't been 100%, only about 85% :D

I have just had Thai chicken curry and rice for lunch (homemade) and it was lovely. I'm stuffed now!

Still, at least it was SW friendly, so I can feel stuffed and not feel guilty!

Have not been on site much lately - to be honest been messing about, thinking about lowering my target to give me something to aim at.

I have been much the same Irene, but I have been looking at all the lovely summer clothes that are in the shops and I want to be able to take my pick next summer. I think I have left it way too late for this summer!
 
I have had a lovely "deskfast" this morning of 2 colour pasta with bacon and extra light mayo. It was lovley.

I have also got pasta with ham and extra light mayo for lunch and for daytime munchies I have grapes, cheese, mullerlights and fresh apricots!

Dinner tonight I think is either hubby's West Indian curry or my beef curry, depends on what he feels like cooking.

I had been up for 2.5 hrs by then, so more of a brunch!
 
Right, my food today was:-

Deskfast

Bacon and pasta with extra light mayo 2 syns

Lunch

Ham and chargrilled chicken pasta with extra light mayo 3 syns

Dinner

Beef curry with rice 5 syns

Snacks

Mullerlight yog
Apricots
watermelon
grapes
cheese (HEXA)
 
It has been a really busy week for me this week, can't believe it has been a week since I last posted.

I am still doing ok, only 1lb off this week cos I went away at the weekend, so not too diasppointed. I have decided that I need to go back to class for the dicipline so I will be re-joining on Monday.

My 30th Birthday party is on 27th June, so I will have a clear run of things until then, and even so, I'm going to make sure there are lots of SW friendly things there for me to eat. After all, it is my party!

Then there will be nothing in way until we go on holiday in July. So here's hoping that I can still hit my target. From Monday I will be doing red days, so fingers crossed that I can stick to it 100%.
