SpaceAngel lost 3lbs this week!

I have been suffering from diet boredum for the last couple of days and I STS this week even though I had been really good. So I have decided to shake things up a bit by starting the new plan. I am thinking that I may STS or even have a small gain this week whilst my body gets used to eating extra food (think not eating enough is my main problem) but I am hopeful for a gain next week. At least moving to the new plan is better than giving up altogether!

Food today is:-

B:- Mug Shot
L:- Gammon steak with a jacket potato
D:- BBQ chicken (3 syns) with a jacket potato.
S:- 1 Lindor ball (4 syns)
 
Good luck with it. I hope it works out for you. We're in the same position diet wise and goal wise. I've had a green day for the first time EVER today. Hope the new plan works for you. Our consultant keeps hinting that it's coming out soon but won't confirm when or what.
 
It's being launched on 29th Jan, so your consulant should be able to give out the booklets to you then.

Yea I know! Better to adjust slightly than to stuff my face full of crap - but then a few chips would be nice. Chippy ones that is!

Please dont get fed up with a STS thats better then a gain,maybe your not eating enough as some times this is the problem i have heard on SW.
I was how you on ww i did get bored having same things each day.

I stayed the same for 4 weeks so I know how frustrated you must feel. Had a big loss this week and really think its just because I shocked my body into waking up and dropping a few pounds! Stopped having alpen lights for brekkie and had weetabix instead, did red days (normally do green mostly) and it seemed to do the trick. Am convinced changing what you eat will work for you, I think the body literally goes to sleep when we eat the same foods!!!
 
As I said yesterday, I am so loving the new plan. Really glad that I decided to shake things up a bit. I am hoping for a loss but who knows? At least the week after I should have.

Just wanted to say a quick goodbye. I am no longer going to be taking part in the SW Minimins forum.

I have been really upset by a certain post and feel I have been personally attacked just because I said I didn't like a certain smilie. I have no objections to people using that smilie, I just lightheartdly said I didnt like it. Now I am being accused of being nasty and tbh this is a forum, not the most important part of my life, so I am going to say goodbye before I "offend" someone else.
 
Aww hun, please don't go. I think the smiley thing you mentioned has been taken out of proportion by a few people. You are more than entitled to your own opinion and you were merely expressing it.

Please, please, please don't let them stop you coming on here hun. xxx
 
As a complete "outsider" to the SW forum as I'm struggling on any diet at the moment, I just stumbled across the thread to which you refer by just looking at the unread posts.

I can understand you feeling upset but I hope that you can take a little time and not feel like you have to leave what is in general an excellent forum. The trouble is the written word can be taken out of context and it is easy to misinterpret peoples responses sometimes. I personally love the smilie that you hate but would never take it as a personal insult because you didn't. The world would be very dull if we all liked the same things wouldn't it :eek:
