Hey space angel, do you make your slow-cooked curry in a slow cooker? Could you tell me how please?

I make my curry on the hob or if I am really busy, in the oven. You can make it in the slow cooker though.
You will need:-
1 onion
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
1 green chilli - chopped (optional)
2tbsp curry paste (I use Pataks Madras) 8 syns
2 tbsp tom puree
Beef stock made from bovril
Stewing or Braising steak cut into cubes.
Finely chop the onions and sautee with the ginger using frylight. Once soft, add the chilli and fry for about 2 mins.
Then add the paste and puree. Cook for about 5 mins, add a small bit of stock to stop it from catching.
Then add your beef and enough stock to your preference. You may need to add more during cooking. Let it come to the boil and give it a good stir. Then turn down the heat and cook for about 2.5 hrs.
Or place in a slow cooker on low until required. If oven baking, put in a covered casserole dish for 2 hrs at 160 degrees.
This curry serves 2-4 so max of 4 syns per portion, only 2 if serving 4.
