Considering buying the 28 day females pack but was wondering how long the spag bol meals last date wise as i dont plan on starting till Jan. Thanks in advance.

Hi, each pack will have their own date stamp so it would depend on what they send you. I would check with the supplier before ordering.

Why dont u ask them via the online chat tomoz. Im sure it wud be fine tho they are dried.

Spoke to Rob online an hour or so ago about a different matter ans forgot to ask about the date thing. D'oh! Did get the vanilla shake, white choc bar and the spag bol to try. Will see how i go with those and then make a decision but all being well i'll be joining you on the 1st Jan. Not for a resolution just to carry on what i started this year
