Nope, no breakfast in bed, bed is for sleeping in!!!

I had Breakfast at 2:30, yogurt and jelly crystals, just had 3 chicken brests and i will probs have salmon and 2 boiled eggs when i get home from the gym!

Plus ive just made some of the Dukan muffins, so had 2 of them, will have the third one later on...

Off to the gym now, to see how much more i can kill my self off!!!

Dangled a leg off the Wagon

I had a curry out of a jar, no rice or other naughties, just the sauce with my chicken, then i wanted something sweet, so stole a Rhubarb and Custard Sweetie out the packet, only the one tho.

THEN! still with the sweet tooth i had made the Dukan Toffee Muffins and all though the family decided they liked them and wanted some i had 6 left, well, whoops again, i ate those too... :eek:

To say the least they had wheat bran in them too, to assist in a little transit issue, TMI i know but i now have wonderful wind... lesson learnt, so i have made some jelly and thats in the fridge for tomorrows sweet tooth craving...

I suppose i could have finished of the packet of sweets, but didnt, just regretting the 6 Toffee Muffins now :/

i think it will help with "going" tomorrow :8855:

ouch! Oh well what's done is done. Curry powder is fine. Why not make yourself a pot of Dukan curry up next time you've a morning free (to sleep...) and freeze in portions. That way, next time, you'll be better prepared!

My family would get a hand cut off if they touched my muffins ;) I tell them there's special dieters laxatives in them so they won't eat them mwahahaha
 
I am PP most of the time, as i just dont fancy eating veggies, so being pp doesnt bother me, i made a curry from the recipe page a few weeks ago and i didnt like it, it tasted all yucky, so i just thought why not, i will have that!

on the bonus side, i seem to have stopped being a human wind tunnel, and i will lay off the oatbran today and have an early night to avoid the munchies.

Off to the gym later for a walk on the treadmill and some weights, no classes today :)

Hey Special K - try to find some veggies you like and work them in - its really important to keeping those sweet cravings under control. I do a lot of stir fries and curries on PV days.
 
No chance, i just doont fancy any, i keep making soup but then freezing it o not eating it anyway... :(

I have veggies 2 or 3 days a week ish...

I had veggies today for dinner and tea woop, go me!!!

Gym on friday, 40 mins on treadmil, gym today 45 mins on treadmill (whilst watching the Wales vs France rugby match, 2nd half) and some arm weights, 2 classes tomorrow, more legs bums and tums, and push and lift!! ready to feel the pain :(

my OH keeps saying with 3 classes of LBT's a week i will have no LBorT's left!!! hehehe, not that i am complaining :D

roll on hot bath tomorrow after the gym!!! i will be needing it!

ive not died and fell off the wagon, ive just been very busy and extremly tired all the time, since starting my new placement as a student nurse, and its friday so can chill out and relax a little bit!!!

i am still loosing and well, i think i lost 4 lbs last week

i have cut down the gym sessions to sundays and mondays to see if i can cope with the added pressures of placement on my little energy reserves

i will catch up some time next week if i can, but all should be well!!!

it put a smile on my face as i didnt think i had lost the inches really, but mainly lost from shoulders, bust, under bust, waist and hips!!!

i think its all the Legs Bums and Tums classes i am doing!!!

which reminds me, i am off there tonight :D

hey, after a weekend off track, but not completly over board i am back...

the only thing is i am starting nights, so any advice is helpfull!!!

Nights are going fine, I am finding the muchhies though, toast chocolates and cake!!! so not good!!! im not going over board, but just having them if i fancy it!

I am still loosing, 3 lbs this week i think, once i come off nights i will start weighing properly again, but i am retaining so much water on my ankles, i have cankles and its not a pretty sight!!!! the scales are still moving in a downwards pattern, i am not gaining :)

Back off nights and not seen a set of scales for 4 weeks, I am dreading it... i know ive not lost anything, and i will have gained as i have been Ill as well, damed migrains came back!!!

Start again tomorrow, i am gunna do 3-5 days of attack to kick start me again and see where i go from there!

i will lose more weight and be in a dress my march!

I hope everyone who is reading this is ok and every one is still on track

Good luck for Attack again, definitely a good idea if you fancy a kick start! Had a horrible load of headaches recently myself, I dunno if its withdrawal symptoms lol!

I decided to head back to SW and despite arguments with OH, work stress, and my parents announcing their separation after 38 years, I managed to lose last week.. shocked ain't the word..

Life is ok in the main though; keep smiling!

What about you, do you do Christmas? Are you all ready for it? :D x
 
Wow Jen what a tough week!!! I jumped on the scales and i am at the same weight that i was when i started nights, so i dont think ive done too bad! first day of attack done again and wow im feeling it! did my measurements again and lost anotehr 15 inches, over 40 in total now!

Im sorry to hear about your parents, it must be tough, but it must be for the best?!?! theyre still your parents and still love you the same, theyre just gunna live seperately... :( im sure you will have many more losses, keep it up for your x mas challenge!!!

I generally dont do x mas as my b day is on the 28th :) so x mas is just all about decorations and a good knee's up :) and i have all of 3 presents and nothing more! how about you, you all set?
