You should be fine now You are out of ketosis. What did the nurse say at your pre op assessment? Were you given all the info you needed.

Have you heard of DulcoEase? You have 4-5 a day if its that bad or 3 when it gets better.... they soften it and are a gentle laxative. I've had similar prob before but not as bad. Also suppositories "break it down" a bit. Sorry for graphics, hope it helps.
