Hi everyone,
So today is day 7 on ss and finding it good so far just curious, I use the ss meal planner and myfitnesspal to track the calories/carbs etc, I had my first mint chocolate shake today and was shocked at how little carbs was in it! On average the shakes, bars and meals ive been having are in the double digits in carbs, but the mint was only 6.3!! amazing.
Does anyone know if there is somewhere where they have a breakdown of all the carbs from low to high or somthing similar to that effect? Im just thinking for those days if you have a event or something that might take you over in carbs having a mint shake of similar will be the best option to help not kick you out of ketosis. Or even for those who may have had a blimp and need to quickly get into ketosis again this could be the best/quickest way?
