Simple Start Day Two
Breakfast:
Bowl of puffed wheat with skimmed milk, 1 banana, 1 satsuma & grapes.
Lunch:
Homemade tomato & red lentil soup. Ham & tomato sandwich & grapes.

Sweet Treat:
Fat free Hartleys apple & watermelon jelly, fresh strawberries, 1 WW yogurt (Treat 1).

It's movie night for me & Hubby so it can only mean one thing. Homemade popcorn. I love making it & watching it pop & bounce in the pan lol!! Think I made too much tonight as the lid nearly lifted ? I had no idea what to cook for dinner tonight so I'm doing abit of a "throw together" meal which will consist of leftover chicken from yesterday's roast, brown rice cooked in chicken Bovril, mixed veggies cooked in spices, sliced Cajun potatoes. Then mix it altogether with some passata, top with cheese & serve with crisp salad & WW wraps. Wish me luck lol!
