Brilliant well doneWell, finally made it one week on TS (minus one sneaky mikly coffee with sugar...) and the results are in!
This week I lost 10lb despite the coffee slip up a few day ago I started at 14st 8lb last weekend, now I am 13st 12lb I’m happy with that! Hoping for another big loss next week. I’m feeling really encouraged and inspired to keep going

Not worth it. think how you'll feel at then edn of the day when you resist the temptation. Food isn't gonna solve your problems x
