Hello fellow lipotrimmers! :D
Okay so im about to start week 4 of lipotrim and i decided to write a diary following the next month or two on the diet.
Weigh in is tomorrow, not so sure how it will go, it's been a tough week. On monday i had a few nibbles here and there so i was definately kicked out of ketosis... going back into it was no picnic but i guess its my own fault! I was on my holidays from college so my sleeping pattern has been a bit messy. therefore my pattern of drinking shakes has also lost its regularity... but next week will be my week! Not expecting anything tomorrow but if i stayed the same i'd be delighted.
Started off weighing 16st2lb, and lost 11lbs by the start if my third week. I would like to get to 13st7lb before the end of june. however that may be difficult seeing as I am going to canada for two weeks in may... which will surely throw me off a bit. I am really worried about it but I just hope that i can maintain my weight while i am away. Any experience with similar situations would be highly appreciated! :)
So...my motivation to start a diary came along when i realised that i can do this! I was left alone in the house with a bowl of half an easter egg and a kinder egg sitting on the couch across from me... i decided i would smell it just to itch some of the cravings... and just before i took a bite i told myself that the weight loss would be so much more rewarding.. even more rewarding than the pot of curry sitting in the kitchen! I just sat down with my shake and starting writing this forum.. maybe later i will hit the eliptical for a little bit of light exercise!
I will keep you guys updated, and i appreciate any feedback! Slán! xxx

Slan something tells me you might be Irish too. I'm starting at 16st 7lbs. I can't start for another two weeks but I'm hoping to be under 14 by the end of June for my hols. I can't wait to get started. Good luck this week agus Slan leat.

yes i'm a Galway girl myself! where are you from? DONT tell me that is who i think it is in your picture with you? :O
trust me you will so good once you start... i started off and im not gonna lie, the first few days werent easy, but i think knowing what all the effort is going towards makes everything better! I lost 7 lbs on my second weigh in and i couldnt have been happier! its moments like that that make it worth while!
Good luck with it hun, you'll do great! i'm sure you will be down that much, they guarantee a stone a month, and usually people lose more than that! x

so just had my weigh in today and i lost 2lbs! delighted considering my blip this week! another stone and a few pounds and ill be on my refeed and ready to start low GI :) thats really lifted my spirits i was dreading weigh in :D

Well done on the 2lbs. I always say a loss is a loss. I'm from Dundalk but I live in Maynooth now. I used to live in kinvara in Galway actually I'm a teacher so I with maternity leaves I tend to move from place to place. That is indeed the lovely tommy bowe with me. I'm a huge rugby fan never miss a game and since the Ireland team trains a lot in Maynooth I have met them a couple of times.

I am about to go to france tomorrow with 20 students on an exchange that's why I can't start yet. Though I'm eager I have a wardrobe of old summer clothes that don't fit anymore so in hoping to get using them soon.

Good luck this week.

thanks a mill :)
