I got the recipe from the pure protein recipes in one of the cookbooks:
60g virtually fat free fromage frais
60g virtually fat free quark
1 tablespoon aspartame
2 egg whites
Beat together the fromage frais, quark and sweetner. Gently fold in the very stiffly beaten egg whites and serve cold.
