I'm really determined on this...
Yes I had a blip over the weekend and I probably will every weekend
but my thinking is perfect during the week and planned mishaps at the weekend?

Could that work?

It can work as long as you make sure the blips are within what is acceptable - like no carbs, only protein and green leafy vegetables etc. Don't get out of ketosis - that would be a shame after your hard work.

I've had far too many years of dieting and need something that works rather something that I win on then fail on
Does that make any sense??
 
By all means have veggies but you need to avoid alcohol. It's a total no no on Vlcds
