Hi,

Well i started today and not looking forward to tomorrow.

I hated the porridge and the bar i had, the shake was ok but do not want to live on shakes :(
Had chicken and veg for tea so that was ok.

I have drank 3 litres of water and still feeling thristy, i drink i lot of water anyway so maybe i am just used to it.

Planning on a shake for brekkie tomorrow and the veg soup for lunch at work was it the best way to do the soup?

What drink can you drink while in the pub, i went today to meet my partners dad and didn't have a clue what non alcholic drink to get :S

Also does everyone keep a diet? if so do you do this online?

The soup is easy, you just stir in hot-not boiling-water.
Your best bet in a pub is either still or sparkling water, unless they happen to have coke zero?
Not sure about your last question tho

There's a diary sub forum on here where lots of people keep a thread for their diary - very useful thing to do. Everyone likes different packs so don't be worried that you haven't liked many so far. You'll find the ones that you love!

Oooo - and I meant to say that you shouldn't be limiting yourself to 3 litres of water (couldn't tell from your post if that was what ou were doing). Just drink to thirst - the 3 litres is a minimum. However, too much water in a short period of time is dangerous so just spread it through the day. I normally have 5 to 6 litres.
