So true MrC thanks for your support and wise words can't wait to look back in a few weeks and see how much i have lost.
How many weeks have you been on lipotrim?

I've done a touch over 10 weeks now. As I said week 3 was by far the most difficult for me. I'd lost 3st 2lbs four days ago and I'm hoping to lose another half stone in the next 3 weeks. It really is great seeing the changes in the mirror and on the scales. A little pain and a lot of gain - erm that doesn't sound quite right as I'm losing not gaining.
