started xenical monday 14th feb

The 30 day shred is an exercise dvd by jillian michaels (trainer for americas biggest loser) there is 3 levels for workout. Do level 1 10 days, level 2 10 days and level 3 10 days. Its a 20 minute workout but its pretty tough, but the results some of the girls are saying they got are great!! I tried it but my hip started playing up so had to do something easier for now!!

i go on wii fit i like that but i get fed up easily
i am not feeling too great today was very naughty last night i had friends round and had a takeaway a kebab too (possibly the worst i could have chose) i didnt even go for the healthy option im such an idiot i was doing great too i am feeling soooooooooo guilty today and wishing i never done it. xxx
 
Dont feel guilty hun we all do it at some point so dont let it get you down, remember these things are never going to vanish out of our lives completely so we have to work them in every now and then as a treat!! Life is for living, and today is a new day :D

Zachara i have just realised we are both from cheshire and are both celebrating our 3 year wedding anniversary this year and on the same date :D
