I had a small blip last night. I went out with my girlfriends and ended up having some hummus ands haloumi with one slice of flat bread. That wasn't part of the plan but what's done is done. Must stay 100% for the rest of the week...

Sorry for going MIA. Work and studies took over.
Xmas was lovely but I broke the diet for 2 days. Went back on it on Boxing Day and stayed on plan since then. The weight I gained during Xmas has come off plus another 1.1 kg. Not amazing but better than nothing.
