Starting again for the last time! It's going to be a long journey!

Hey LMC, hope you're ok and looking after you and bubs, feel well soon sweetie xxx:bighug:xxx

Cold still lurking on :(, but not as bad as it was. Otherwise keeping ok, just so busy with OU work and the kids as usual. Hope to get more time soon! I had another scan on Friday, and everything is going perfectly - baby is in right position, right size etc., but it doesn't seem to stop doctors kicking up a fuss!

:superwoman: with a bump. Are you having a superbaby, :D:D:D Glad all going to plan, :D

Time to breathe! Finally got another OU assignment out of the way and posted (only just ontime!) Been a bit hectic lately, so now it kind of feels weird to have 6 weeks before next mad rush! kids are off to Nannie's for their music and art lessons this afternoon, and staying the night so they're ready for geography and history in the morning. See them after lunch ready for our cooking lesson! I love Wednesdays! :D

Am finding my back is definitely getting worse - seems for every 5 minutes of walking around the house I have to stop and sit down. Shopping is becoming unbearable! But if I let my OH do it instead I'll probably end up with all sorts of things that weren't on my list! Can't believe there's only 13 weeks left!

Right, am off to try and reorganise the house and get my stuff ready for aquanatal tonight! :)

I could, but I don't like buying food online - would rather see what I put in the trolley, especially with fruit & veg! :) Well, it's going to be a lovely peaceful morning, so better make the most of it and finish sorting the house out! It was a very exhausting aquanatal class yesterday - different instructor to usual. I was questioning (as was everyone else) how safe it was to be doing some of the things she was making us do. Stomach muscles were killing me afterwards on one side! Feeling better this morning though! :)

Hey LMC, that does sound a bit OTT with the aquanatal, be careful hun xx
I do online shopping most of the time and I regularly order fresh food, when I first had my deliveries fresh food wasn't up to my standards and I complained a lot, they were always good, Tesco that is, at giving me a complete refund and not taking food back when I complained and now when I order I must say it's top notch, they have even started putting a note on my delivery sheet asking if I am willing to accept these fresh items when they only have a few days sell by date on (Sainsburys do the same thing), but there is also the option of click and collect, which I find brilliant, they do your shopping and you just go collect any problems you are right there and can get it sorted immediately without having to trapse all round the shop or the new one I have found is to pay for my deliveries in advance, book 6 months and pay Β£10 a month, you can have as many deliveries in a month as you like as long as the order is over Β£40, and can always get a slot at short notice and can also pick any time of the day too and some of those slots are Β£6.99 per delivery so great saving, I have found since doing this, I rarely get any items missing from my order (which was common place when I was doing and order and booking cheaper slots) and food seems better quality as again I can book any slot and therefore get the pick and choose of any fresh items rather than getting the scrag ends cos I picked a later slot that was cheaper, just a suggestion, all be it very long winded lol
Hope you're keeping well otherwise hun, not long to go now :wow: xxx:hug99:xxx

Heylo!

Hope your back isn't giving you too much jip today. That aquanatal class sounds very intense...hopefully the usual instructor will be back soon!

Trying to take it easy, but very unsuccessfully. Definitely feels like I've pulled a stomach muscle, and haven't been feeling too well for most of yesterday, and still feel a bit yuk today. Also feeling quite down atm cos of yesterday morning having a social worker turn up at my door unannounced. She turned up on the one morning I hadn't got round to getting dressed or cleaning the house cos of feeling so yuk, so that didn't exactly make me look too good. Apparently someone had complained it sounded like my kids were being hit (they weren't), just my son in one of his tizzy's screaming for no good reason, but now I have to deal with them for the next goodness knows how long. :( Really wish people would get their facts straight and speak to me direct instead of jumping to the wrong conclusions!

Oh no, how awful! Some people clearly have nothing better to do. The social worker will soon see there's no cause for alarm, don't worry. My sister went through a similar thing with her neighbour all because her (at the time newborn!) baby was crying!! Em, that's what babies do?! Anyway, it was evident pretty quickly there was no need to investigate so hopefully it'll be the same for you.

I hope so too! All part of my son's problems, but still trying to get his formal diagnosis. There's lots of history of behaviours like this at school as well, so hopefully that will provide some evidence that it's not me too!

They came back today, and everything was immaculate, so that went down well. Kids were in today too, and so perfectly behaved. They said they see no reason to call again, as they are satisfied all is well :D so feeling a lot better today! Still, glad it's the weekend!! :)

What an awful thing to have to face...I am going to throw a spanner in the works here, sorry....but better they check that everything is ok ...annoying when you are at the end of it I know (and yes I do know had a very similar thing happen when Kelly was little, she was just a screamy child, hasn't changed much in the last 35 years lol), I am glad they checked, on me I was able to, like you, show them they had no worries, I would sooner they checked than leave it like they have with some of the poor mites that weren't checked on and didn't make it . Not nice but at least people in your area are being vigilant xx
Hope you're feeling less yuk hunni and have a good weekend, not long before bubs will be here, so exciting, I love new babies...bigger ones too, but love it most when they are totally dependent on you xxx:hug99:xxx

What a morning! Had to go to maternity unit this morning for a glucose tolerance test, but having had 2 midwives try to get blood from me and 6 different needles tried, they got not a drop of blood from me! So now I have to try again on Wednesday morning at a different hospital - just over an hour's drive away from where I am, and hope they are more successful. Hopefully everything will come back clear anyway. Just a little frustrating to have had plans change, and cause disruption to everyone this morning (not to mention I hate going without breakfast!).:) Otherwise all is well, although I'm measuring 34 weeks instead of 28, but scans still say I am where I should be, so I'm not to worry. Hope this week is a good week, and everyone else is doing well :)

What a fun morning! Blood test successfully done, though it took another 4 needles today, between my arms and my hands. Very sore and bruised now! Glucose drink was disgusting, but at least it's over and done with now. Just waiting to get my results now. :fingerscrossed: everything comes back clear! Otherwise feeling fine now, and I rather enjoyed studying in peace at hospital for my 2 hour waiting time! :) Just as well I had stuff to do, as the TV wasn't working! :)
