Starting again!!!!!

Gave birth nearly six months ago and have only lost a stone from the two stone I gained during pregnancy... I tried Weight Watchers but really struggled. I've been doing three to four exercise sessions a week, but it just hasn't shifted!

So... I'm back to try Slimming World again :D

Last time I did red and green (mainly green) and did really well for a while. Unfortunately I then fell seriously ill and couldn't get my head around it when I got back. I needed to focus on other things!

Wish me luck :) Day 1 going well so far - trying extra easy!
 
Breakfast and lunch both fine. Risotto for tea. No cheating so far :D
