Well I had a snack a jack and a muller today...about six cups of tea since last night do my down day well under 500 cals .... Now on my UP!!!!! Yaaaaay ) just ordered a Chinese...I'm having boiled rice and chicken pineapple, quite good I think :-D
Was thinking if ordering this tomorrow lol wanted something nice and fresh in my mouth

Sounds like Hannahs way is really suiting you. don't worry about 1lb up after an UD, think about the weight of the actual food that you ate..., its only that in the 'system' plus glycogen re stored in your liver that was used during your DD, if you are going to weigh every day you will see lots of fluctuations, thats the nature of this diet!
Swimming is great fun & exercise isn't it, I love it, I'd go every day if I could afford either the time or the money!!!
DD tomorrow, trying to be reasonably good today as well, got to get these pounds shifting LOL!!
