I started LT 4 weeks ago yesterday weighing 24st 7lbs, i'm now down to 22st 9lbs and I plan to be on LT 100% until i reach my goal weight of 12st hopefully sometime around the end of June 2013! The first week is tough so be prepared for it. I took some pictures of myself the day I started and also wrote down all the reasons I really wanted to lose weight. When things got tough especially during that first week and even now when I have hard days I keep looking at it to remind me why I am here. Don't despair in the early days I promise you it does get a lot easier once you can get through that first week. Keep yourself busy, go to bed early to avoid any food temptations, whatever it takes to keep on LT 100% because your reward will be a fantastic, fast weight loss. The shakes are OK, they are not meant to be delicious, personally I prefer to mix mine with 500ml of ice cold water rather than the usual 240 ml as I prefer them thinner and also its another way to drink the extra water you need to get through (between 2 and 4 litres per day). Have a look on here for different ways people 'enjoy' their shakes. Above all, keep posting on here and you will get plenty of support. Good luck for tomorrow.
