You need to get more solid protein. What about a salmon fillet and cottage cheese?

Or a steak. Have a look through people's menus for inspiration.
 
Thanks - I will do - I did a lovely seafood soup last night - it was fab - seafood selection (prawns, mussels squid and some smoked salmon) in chicken stock with chopped chives and parsley - really tasty!

mmmmmm - made the bread and toasted it. then split it and filled it with turkey rashers and English mustard - very filling brekky!
