Hi there, I am new to this website and I am waiting for my Slim and Save to arrive. I have done lots of diets - all of which have been successful but I have never seemed to keep the weight off so I am hoping S & S will work for me

I am finding this site very difficult to navigate and it seems I can't even put my start date in how the site wants me to - can anyone please help??? it would be much appreciated
