Am heading away for the night on sat (usual w.i day) so having WI 2 m morning instead. It's been my totm so not expecting a great loss as I've been peeking on my home scales and haven't seen a great drop
Aw, don't be discouraged if the scales show a small loss, a) every little helps, b) if it's totm you'll probably have a larger loss next week to make up for it, and c) as long as you're sticking to plan, you're getting there no matter what the scales say
Sorry to hear that Kelly, but don't be disheartened - you're doing great, it's not all about the scales. On the keto forum I used to hang out on, we mainly talked about non-scale victories, when the scales aren't cooperating focus on what you've achieved.
