Starting tomorrow!!

Hi everyone,

My Exante order should hopefully arrive tomorrow and am half dreading half excited!
I have never done a vlcd before but totally need to readjust my attitude to food and drink so thought this would be a good idea.
I had planned to start today but order didn't arrive but was very good and totally cut back anyway
