Yes keep an eye on yourself, it's s bit of a shock to the system to say the least!

I'm finding it easier to have my first shake of the day as late as possible, as for me its at 7pm that I'm absolutely starving.

Hi how's it going today?

I am finding today the hardest day so far.... Starving!!!!!!

Im loving all the shakes, vanilla is my favourite with coffee, though I can't imagine having it hot.

I'm not drinking enough water today do problerly that's why I'm so hungry.

I've got a new puppy and he's keeping me busy as he has an upset tummy today.

New puppies are hard work. I'm sure that's keeping you busy.

Drink more water, that may help. Hopefully are your evening "meal" things will feel better.
 
First week over and I have lost 5lbs! I'm really pleased I've lost something, but a little disappointed that it's not a higher number. I thought I'd lose 7lbs. I've stuck 100% to plan with the exception on a hot bullion drink.

Oh well 5lbs is better than nothing, I suppose. Let me see how much I can lose next week.

I think that's it, I started off so well drinking 3-4 litres a day, but for the the last few days may of only drunk two. Does this have a great effect on your weight loss?

Yes it does as if you don't drink enough you'll retain water. Push for 4 litres as day if you can. Good luck.
 
Water is the key to good weight loss on this diet. I struggle to get past 3ltrs and some days struggle to drink more than 2. When I look back on water consumption and weight lost it is definitely linked.
 
I will have to try harder on that. Just got out 3l of water bottles so I know how much I have to drink. Visualisation always helps with me. Going to try and have one before lunch, one before tea and one when I'm starving at night.

For some reason, don't know if it's the chocolate around the house I'm starving again!!! I think this weekend is going to be a challenge for the willpower. We have friends coming over and I'm cooking, but I've told them in advance about the diet.

You have done so well with your weight loss, that's truly amazing, you must have willpower of steel.
 
I do that with the water bottles. I have 3 X 1 litre bottles in the fridge that are my minimum.
I make my shakes with 400mls instead of 200ml and have a pint of water on my dressing table which I drink while getting ready and so 4 litres there or there abouts. It is boring but it does help.
 
I have four 75ml bottles spaced through the day and make the rest up with mint tea, black coffee and extra water in shakes.

But I do struggle with water, some days are better than others.

The chocolate sitting around my house is driving me up the wall too :(
