Hi im doing TF for about two weeks now, and i dont know why i just dont seem to loose a normal amount of weight.... WEEK 1: 1kg, WEEK 2: 1kg, i dont know what to do.... One of my friends is doing it too and she looses so much more like 3 or 2 kg per week or so... im not feeling motivated at all, i even try to do some exercise but i dont have energy to do it... I have my next weight check on tuesday, lets see how this week been so far...x
