I thought about WS, but can't afford to do it lol got no money til the 23rd and no food in the house cos I purposely gave it all to my parents so there was no temptation

I'm hoping to stick to TS and just see how much I lose before next week, then will be back on it next sat methinks

Although, I've had a bit of a WS day today, because I had some mince in the freezer that needed using up, so had some of that with some bouillon...... wasn't the best..... lol! Thinking after the wedding I might do a WS day every week, or something like that, because then I hopefully won't be tempted to fall of said wagon

Buuuuut, the reason TS is good for me is that I know the boundaries of what I can have and what I can't, and with WS they get a little blurred, which might not be good...... But not sure yet, I like TS, its just whenever I get any extra money, especially when I'm out and about, I'm always tempted by food that I wouldn't be tempted by if I had no money, because I wouldn't be able to buy it.... ohhh I'm abit useless really lol!
