Well worked my a$$ off in the gym, so here is hoping I get a sts....or better still a pound off!
B: Fruit salad (cherries, plum, raspberries, blackberries), greek yogurt, half a grapefruit, quarter of a melon.
L: Chicken salad, lots of veg, philly light (0.5/2 hexa).
D: Baked potato, beans, philly light (1/2 hexa), big salad.

E: 1.5 hours cardio and arms.
