Hi everybody ?

I originally did sw two years ago and had great losses but put on a stone due to medical things which I'm yet to be rid of. I'm 12.8 at the moment but have a lot of stomach trouble and know a good few lbs of that are bloat.

Have a migraine today so eaten a bit badly..

Veg spag Bol w/30g GF spaghetti

Crab and sweetcorn soup, made a big pan and had a disaster with one half because my salt fell in :( only ate about 2 spoonfuls in the end

I've written '16' down so must've eaten 16 syns, can't for the life of me remember doing so but will count them anyway.
