On this diet you turn into a bit of an an asshole, my other half who I love dearly was a utter pain to live with and at times during the last month or two I have been a total prick on it, now low mood/easily snapping goes hand in hand with such a radical diet shift (chocolate makes you happy, lots of foods release endorphin's etc). Again this might not apply to you but to the larger mass reading this think about it did your relationship rapidly go "south" when you started the diet ? are you crabby a lot (its hard to notice) do you snap a lot ? get quite grumpy ? dont want to be close to someone because of the ketosis breath ?
There are lots of things it might be and dont throw away long term relationships over a diet !
I'm a first class pain in the arse on this diet sometimes my moods more level now but at the start I was hideous however I'm still with my partner x if u are ment to be and live each other then u go through ups and downs and you work through stuff when yr partners a pain in the ass ! So doing this diet doesn't mean yr risking yr relationship really because if yr ment to be together u will survive it if not then so be it x

I only have fruits of the forest or cappuccino, and i blend them in a blender with lots of ice so they're all frothy and icey
