They are easier than they appear, esp after 2 weeks, your body gets used to them, plus you can always think to yourself 'I'll have that tomorrow' as no foods are forbidden, then you find by the next day you didn't really want it anyway. When I first did juddd I didn't think I'd be able to do it, but it is surprising!! Obviously not for everybody, but it really does work! (If your head is in the right place that is!!!)
