Hi all,
I have been a slimming world and 5:2er for a couple of years but fancied trying something new.
As of today I am attempting to go sugar free. I read the "I Quit Sugar" book by Sarah Wilson recently and it inspired me to give it a go. When I talk about sugar, I mean fructose
I want to keep a food diary on here so that I can post my meal plans and provide some insight into what I'm eating for anyone else that might be interested to follow a sugar-free diet.
For the first 8 weeks I am going completely fruit-free and then will slowly reintroduce it again.
