Thanks lovely!

Always good to revisit - a bit like watching a DVD again and picking up on something you missed the first time!

Oooo... I need to pick some of those up!

So one bar = 1x hexB? Xx

Hi Lisa, are fibre plus bars the Slimming world bars? If so I don't go to class, is there anywhere else I can get them from?

I was also wondering the same about Scan Bran! I might email the online service, they must offer a way for online people to order them. :) xx

Thank You ladies,

What would I do without you! :)

I have changed it to a green day, so I don't need to worry about SF with my tea!

I have added mushrooms to my jacket and beans though, as a meal with no veg does seem strange!

Only used one Hex B though and no sins! What could I have for desert?? ;-) xxx

You could have Extra cheese as a HEb xx

Hi Jo,

Had my tea now but forgot about cheese... That would have been nice with my beans and cheese xx

They are really lovely, but make sure you drink lots with them as they are VERY high fibre and might cause a bit of discomfort when u first start eating them-it even says something to that effect on the packet xx

Morning,

Going for a Green day today... This is not going to be the beat food day! I am in work till 8 tonight and when I get home Hubby will have gone to work! :-( (he has to do a late shift!)

I won't be in the mood to cook a proper meal tonight, so here is my plan!

Breakfast - muller, banana & Blueberries

Lunch - Mugshot, raw carrot, raw Cauli, apple and grapes.

Dinner - egg on toast (2xB). Mountain of mixed berries and Muller.

I will also be drinking approx 4 litres of water! :) xxx
