I am going on holiday in October with my family, nowhere as exciting as yours but I am hoping to be in a size 16 swimming costume by then

We should have a general massive yay! for holidays in general cause they rule!!! I am off in sept to Dubai and Sri lanka and I can't flipping wait!

Booo Hooo... I weighed and I have lost 1.5lb! :-(

I was hoping for a really good loss, I am not stressing though, it's my star week!

I should know by now I am lucky to even loose weight on my star week, I currently have terrible water retention.

So although I am a little down, I am super motivated for another 100% week and hopefully my bumper week will be next week!!!

Positives for today....

1. Albeit 1lb but it's the first loss in over 6 weeks!

2. It's Friday and the Sun is Shinning!!

3. Off to the beach with Alfie tonight for a long walk!

Found Inspirartion

Hi, :sign0144:, but not to Slimming World. Have just spent most of the afternoon in the garden, feeling like a beached whale. That was enough to get me so wound up I had to try and find inspiration on my repeat journey to Slimsville. Reading all 190 pages of this thread was just what I needed. OMG you ladies are inspirational.

A pot of Magic Porridge is now sitting in the fridge, doing its thing and I persuaded by DD to take a couple of photos of me for the fridge.

A big thank you and here's to planning my meals for the next week.

There are sooo many lovely people that offer thier support and you get some fab ideas for menus!!
